Exchanges prepared step by step

"New Families Meet-up" Weekend

Once we have received your complete registration file, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt and review your child’s file. If your application is accepted, we will contact you by phone to schedule an interview during one of our “New Families Meet-up” weekends.

These weekends are held annually, in spring and autumn.
This preparatory time is mandatory. The presence of all family members is required. Places are limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The purpose of these weekends is to meet us, so we can get to know your family and child better. We believe that a file alone is not enough to truly get to know you. Additionally, these moments allow you to better understand how our exchanges work, ask questions, clear up any doubts, meet other families who have experienced the adventure of the exchange, and most importantly, meet children who have thrived through these exchanges!

Prepare your exchange well

for perfect success!
